About wine
Manzanilla from the last solera of the original Manzanilla Maruja. Classic Manzanilla from Sanlúcar with an average age of more than 8 years. As an indication of its long aging, we note a higher alcohol content than other manzanillas. Made following the most traditional methods of the old manzanillas of Sanlúcar. Very dynamic system with very small sacas to favor the longevity of the flor veil, which gives it slight notes of oxidation, characterizing it with nuances between fine manzanilla and amontillado.
