There are wonderful trilogies. They are so famous, even though I had to Google them to remember them, that it makes me want to recover some of them. Many are so good that they have had fourths, fifths and infinite supplementary parts. Prequels, sequels, epilogues, retellings, and whatever else is needed, sometimes conjure up more gold. Today we create a new trilogy of Conde de Aldama, special edition Contubernio, amontillado, oloroso and palo cortado. Amontillado: 18 years old and 21.5% Alc. Oloroso: age >20 years and 20% Alc. Palo Cortado: age 22 years old and 22% Alc.
