Right of Cancelation period:

You can exercise the right of cancelation without justification within a period of 14 days.

The right of cancelation expires 14 days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the shipping company, receives the goods.

How to exercise the right of cancelation:

The right of cancelation is understood to be exercised when you send us a communication regarding this right before the time expires, in the terms indicated above.

Returns must be made within a period of 14 days from the date of notification.

We do not accept returns due to product misuse or if merchandise is returned without their original packaging preventing them from being sold again, unless the goods were received in poor conditions on our behalf or goods present a manufacturing defect.

If you receive damaged goods due to shipping, it’s important that you take some pictures of the packaging and the damages that support your claim before the shipping company and write this information down on the delivery note signed by the delivery person.

Implication of Cancelation:

In the event that you exercise the right of cancelation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, unless you have chosen a different delivery option other than the less expensive delivery option (in which case, we will not reimburse additional costs deriving thereof.

We will refund your money using the same method of payment used during your purchase without incurring any additional expenses as a result of the refund, except for the costs incurred for returning the product. Products returned must be in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and with all the accessories in all circumstances.

If you are shipping a product over 75€, you should consider using a traceable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
